Step 1: Measure your waist - Wrap a soft measuring tape snugly around your natural waist. For help finding this area, try bending sideways - the crease that forms should mark the spot. Make sure the measuring tape is parallel to the ground, and then take your measurement.
Step 2: Measure your hips - Keeping the measuring tape parallel to the ground, wrap it around the fullest part of your hips, and then record your measurement.
Step 3: Determine your size - With these two numbers in hand, find your ideal fit in the panty size chart.
Example: If your waist measured 30", and your hips measured 41", your panty size will be XL.
Tip: For the most accurate results, measure yourself in your undergarments.

Depending on your flow, Everie Leakproof Underwear can replace pads, tampons, liners, & cups, or be worn with tampons and cups for extra protection.
What size should I pick?
Your hip measurement is the most important size to consider when trying to find the perfect fit.
Please measure yourself carefully & refer to our size guide above before ordering as we cannot accept returns from opened packaging due to hygiene reasons.
If you are between sizes, we recommend ordering one size up.
