ORDER PROCESSING TIME
It will take 1-3 business days to process your order, regardless of the shipping option selected. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. We do NOT ship orders the same day. Please allow up to 3 business days on average for orders to process (if you order on Monday, your order should in most cases ship out on, or before Thursday).
If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment or incorrect address information, your order processing may be delayed.

To back up our commitment and promise to you we will refund the cost of shipping (or give a partial refund if shipping was free) on any item that takes longer than the following time frames to arrive at your destination.

We always want to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but unfortunately, sometimes unexpected delays (customs, weather, etc.) do happen. If for whatever reason your goods don't arrive within 60 days, we will either send a replacement product free of charge you will be refunded in FULL for that item. This is our promise to you!
WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the address correctly. We cannot guarantee address changes due to strict shipping schedule. Please double-check the address you are entering, as we will NOT be held responsible for packages that are sent to the wrong address that the buyer has entered.
If your order is already processing or has already shipped, we cannot change the address and the only thing we can do is wait to see if the package gets returned back to us. In that case, we will be able to provide you with an exchange or refund.
RETURNS
By placing an order at Everie Woman, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping back to Everie Woman. Please refer to our international returns policy for further information on how to return your packages.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order is shipped. The email will have a confirmation of your order along with the tracking number.
Why does my tracking say "no information available at the moment."?
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system, if you order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
If you ordered more than one unit, your order may be packaged in separate packages due to logistical reasons.
