Where are your products produced?

EverieWoman partners with global merchants and artisans in order to provide you the best prices and the most interesting products. This means that your order is shipped from global areas such as Thailand, China, India, etc. via our partnership with USPS & other international carriers.

Since we ship directly from our partners in these countries, shipping typically takes 7 to 20 business days anywhere in the world! Please do not panic if it does not show up immediately, it's on its way (we will email you tracking number)  :)

How do I order on your website?

Once you find a product you're interested in, simply click the "Add to Cart" button. Fill in your shipping and billing information and we'll have your order shipped out to you as soon as possible!

Order Questions

Has my order been dispatched yet?

Orders are generally dispatched within 3 working days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number when your order has been dispatched, please check your SPAM/Junk box just in case it slips in there. If you cannot find your shipping confirmation email or think you may have deleted it, contact us at support@everiewoman.com and we can give you real-time information on whether your order has been dispatched or not.

I put the wrong address for my order, can I change it?

If you have put in the incorrect delivery address on your order then please contact us ASAP. If your order hasn't been shipped, then we can update your delivery address no problem. If the order has been shipped, then, unfortunately, there is nothing we can do with that order. Please contact our support team for help at support@everiewoman.com.

Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed and/or shipped. If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been processed and/or shipped, you will be assessed a 20% cancellation fee to cover restocking fees and the charges assessed to us for refunds by the credit card companies.

If you would like to change your order, then please do contact us ASAP. We will try our best to accommodate any changes providing your order hasn't already been shipped. If your order has been shipped, then we will not be able to change the order but we always welcome a return (in accordance with our refund policy) if you would like to.

I ordered 2 or more items, why did I only receive one?

When you order multiple items at a time they might be shipped separately as products are shipped from different warehouses. You may receive one item before the next. So, don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once... They will get to you!

Why did I not receive a confirmation email after placing the order?

There's a good chance that our email has ended up in your SPAM/JUNK folder, so please do check there. Some customers check out only using their phone number, in that case, you will receive an SMS instead.

If you still cannot find it and would like to have it re-sent, then please contact us.

Shipping & Tracking

When will my order arrive?

Products are generally shipped from our international warehouses. We cut out the middle man so we can pass the best price on to you. Therefore, orders could take anywhere from 7 to 30 business days for the items to reach you, although we've been seeing much quicker shipping times recently.

It will take 1-3 business days to process your order (Mon-Fri), a timeline that does not include Weekends or Holidays.

How can I track my order?

Upon placing your order, please allow our fulfillment warehouse up to 3 business days to have your order processed. The packaged goods will be shipped as soon as possible! As soon as the order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email and tracking number.

If you haven't received your tracking number or don't see an update on the order status page after 5 business days, please contact us immediately and we will investigate the matter further!

The tracking number for my order stopped updating, what happened?

Since we partner with global warehouses, this means that your order is often shipped from overseas via our partnership with USPS & other global carriers.

Sometimes you may not see any tracking updates for 3-8 days when the package is in transit from these countries until it arrives in your destination country.

Your country's customs department may decide to hold your items at the border temporarily, often without explanation! Note: Canada's customs department takes a particularly long time to resolve these holds. This is relatively rare, but if your order is held up in customs, we suggest calling your country's customs department directly and ask that they release your items immediately.

Note: if for some reason your order is never released by customs, we'll send you a replacement!

My order is still not here, please help?

If your order has taken longer than our Shipping Guarantee, then please contact us and we will look into it for you. We offer a Money-Back Guarantee or will have your order resent.


Which currency will I be charged in?

All of our products are processed in USD. The price may be shown in your local currency when browsing but once you checkout in will revert into USD. Any additional charges you may see on your bank statement will be applied by your bank due to conversion fees and not us. Also, any import/customs duty or VAT is liable with you (the customer) and not us (Everie Woman).

Paypal is a safe world-renowned easy way to send and receive money online. 

When you select PayPal as the payment method, you will be linked to the PayPal site where you can make payment. PayPal can be used to purchase items by Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express), Debit Card,or E-check(i.e. using your regular Bank Account).

1) After viewing your items on your shopping cart page, you can click and check out with PayPal. Then you will leave our site and enter PayPal’s website.

2) You can sign in to your PayPal account, or you can create a new one if you haven’t got one.

3) You can use the PayPal as you want according to the on-screen instructions. Usually, PayPal e-check will take 3-5 business days to be confirmed by PayPal.

The reasons why we suggest you use PayPal:

Payment is traceable. By using your PayPal account, you can trace the status of your payment. When you make payment for your order, you don’t need to use your credit card online (you can transfer directly from your bank account).

When you use your credit card through PayPal, nobody will see your credit card number, which will minimize the risk of unauthorized use.

Is ordering online secure?

Yes! We take the utmost care with the information that you provide us when placing an order through our online store (or through any other means). The server that hosts our bookstore encrypts the transmission of all credit card and personal customer information using the Internet-standard SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol.

Can I use multiple discount codes on one order?

You can only use one discount code per order. Multiple codes are not supported on our website.
