Step 2: Measure your hips - Keeping the measuring tape parallel to the ground, wrap it around the fullest part of your hips, and then record your measurement.
Step 3: Determine your size - With these two numbers in hand, find your ideal fit in the panty size chart.
Example: If your waist measured 30", and your hips measured 41", your panty size will be XL.
